Terms of service
In short: we sell creatine food supplements, you must be an adult to order, EU consumer law fully protects you, and gummies are food — not medicine. Questions? Talk to us.
1. Who we are
Creatinify sells creatine food supplements online at creatinify.com and ships across the European Union. By placing an order you accept these terms. You can always reach us via the contact page or at contact.creatinify@gmail.com.
2. Products & health notice
Our products are food supplements, not medicines — they do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, keep supplements out of reach of young children, and talk to your doctor first if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18 or have a medical condition. A supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
3. Orders & payment
All prices include VAT. Your order is an offer to buy — the contract is concluded when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, obvious pricing or stock errors; if we cancel, you are refunded in full right away. Payments are handled by secure third-party processors — we never see or store your card details.
4. Shipping & returns
Delivery times, costs and the free-shipping threshold are in the Shipping policy. You have the 14-day EU right of withdrawal — how it works, and the hygiene exception for opened jars, are in the Refund policy.
5. Discount codes
One discount code per order. Welcome codes (like WELCOME5) are limited to one use per customer. We may change or withdraw promotions at any time; abusing them (e.g. multiple accounts) can void the discount or the order.
6. Our content
The Creatinify brand, photos and texts on this site belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses from using this site or for delays outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights — including the EU legal guarantee of conformity — or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Law & disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian and EU law. If anything goes wrong, contact us first — we fix almost everything quickly and fairly. As an EU consumer you can also turn to your national consumer-protection authority.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
