Where we ship
We ship across the European Union from our fulfilment centre in Romania. Every order ships tracked — you will receive the tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on the move.
Delivery times & costs
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Romania — 1–2 business days · 20 lei · free over 398 lei (2+ jars)
- Balkan region (Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia and nearby) — 2–3 business days · €5.00 · free over €69 (2+ jars)
- Rest of the EU — 2–3 business days · €10.00 · free over €69 (2+ jars)

Issues with delivery
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, or the tracking has not moved for several days, reach us via the contact page with your order number — we will chase the carrier and sort it out.
