We ship across the European Union. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders within the European Union, no customs or import duties apply. All prices include applicable VAT. If you are ordering from outside the EU, you may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
