Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 30 days.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
• Product must be in original packaging (opened is fine)
• Provide your order number and reason for return

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Email us at support@creatinify.com with your order number.

Step 2: We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions (if applicable).

Step 3: Once we confirm, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we cover return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been fully consumed or are missing more than 50% of their contents.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, your order may have already been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
